Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This site is run by Callum's Conversions, Edinburgh, Scotland. This page explains what information is collected when you use it, and what happens to that information. The short version: the only data collected is what you type into the enquiry form, it's used solely to reply to you, and it's never sold or shared for marketing.

What's collected

If you submit the enquiry form, you provide: your name, your business name, a phone number or email address, and what you're looking for. That's it — nothing is collected without you typing it in.

How it's used

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, this site's hosting provider, and forwarded to Callum's Conversions by email. Netlify's own privacy practices are described in the Netlify privacy policy.

How long it's kept

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it. If you'd like your details deleted at any point, just ask — see below.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-respecting analytics are added in future to understand visitor numbers, this page will be updated to say so.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can ask to see the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. To do any of these, get in touch via the contact form and it will be handled promptly.
